ArchCloudSystems provides legacy site engineering, security hardening, performance optimization, and consulting as outlined in individual Statements of Work.
Invoices are due within 14 days. Projects require a 50% deposit. Monthly retainers are billed on the 1st.
Upon full payment, all custom code becomes client property. We retain the right to use anonymized case studies.
Liability is limited to total fees paid under the applicable SOW. We are not liable for third-party outages or force majeure.
